2 lbs thin steak, sliced bite-sized
Onion, sliced
2 Green peppers, sliced and bite size
Monterey Jack Cheese, slices or shredded
Seasonings – to taste
Brown steak. Add onions, green peppers and seasonings and simmer until onions are clear. (I used a little Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper). Add to pocket with cheese.
